Cheat sheets are the best way to learn new features. Leslie Franke has cheat sheet for firefox that looks like it will fit the bill well.
I learned something already - ‘Ctrl +‘ and ‘Ctrl -‘ will increase and decrease the size of text on your screen and ‘Ctrl 0‘ will return it to the default!
