Dogberry Patch

Similar to the constable in charge of the Watch of Messina, I try to be sincere and try take writing seriously but fear I will use the wrong words to convey my thoughts and that my desire to speak eloquently will become an occasion for parody.

   Hmm…well, my dad has told me he’d be happy to cut off my finger (or any other part that hurts)…suggested skipping birthdays…started backing out with the car to leave me at various locations…yes, and I do believe my dad has even tried pulling the above “joke”…but dad’s best? suggesting we hold Christmas in January so as to take advantage of after-Christmas sales! :)
